Southbound roadway on State Street to be open through Sept. 23
Effective immediately, all lanes on the southbound roadway of State Street are open to traffic. These lanes will remain open until work resumes Monday, Sept. 24. The center lane of the northbound roadway will remain closed from I-94 to Calgary Ave.
